DOMINANCE KIDS & TEENS BJJ ROUND ROBIN COMPETITION

At Dominance we are continually inspired by the next generation of BJJ practitioners and we recognise the value in providing a platform for friendly, community focused competition.

We want our youngest participants to experience competition in a supportive environment that encourages sportsmanship, respect and having fun, whatever the outcome.

Ages 4 - 15
Boys & girls
Kids 3 minute matches
Teens 4 minute matches
Round robin format
Minimum 4 matches
IBJJF rules

CATEGORIES:

White Belts
Grey Belts
Yellow, Orange and Green Belts
Teens

Within the above categories divisons of 5 kids are made based on weight to ensure the best possible match ups. The round robin format means that your child will get to compete with all the other kids in their division which means plenty of experience and a fun day.

Division have a minimum of 5 kids (meaning 4 matches) and medals are awarded for both 1st and 2nd place.

With categories just for white belts it will ensure our most junior competitors will have a great time competing even if it is their first comp!

FORMAT:

The day will be split up with staggered start times for each category. Medals we will be awarded as soon as each category is complete. This will significantly reduce the number length of the day for individual partents and kids as well as make the gym less crowded and more comforabtle. It is important to us the day run as quickly and smoothly for both parents and kids so every has a great experience.

Our last even sold out quite quickly so we do encourage you to get your entries in ASAP.
